Testimonials

Becky C., Grants Administrator

"Jaci cares about her clients and goes out of her way to serve them. She quickly determined the areas I needed to improve upon and tirelessly/enthusiastically coached me through updating my resume, networking, LinkedIn, interviewing, post-interview follow up and the negotiation process. She knows the latest trends in job searching and is quite knowledgeable about the techniques/buzz words to help clients reach their goals. Her feedback was clear and concise and I genuinely knew she had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process."

Molanna T., Editor

"I was asked to put together a profile for a potential employer and wasn’t sure where to begin. Jaci helped me figure out what to include in my profile and helped me negotiate the salary I wanted. On another occasion, she helped me to negotiate a promotion and raise at work, which I ended up getting. I was grateful to have her during this crucial time as I was unsure of how to navigate the negotiation process. She was very encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable, and I am glad to have worked with her."

Meg A., Architectural and Interior Designer

"I just had my review and it went phenomenally. I took your advice and compiled a list of my accomplishments in the past year and responsibilities pertaining to the mentor programs. My supervisors loved the list and were very impressed. They kept saying how the lists proved that I am in complete control of my career. I just found out that I’m getting the promotion I asked for as well as a good raise and a bonus. Thanks for all your help!"

Steve V., Marketing Professional

"Jaci has been a great help in guiding my career search in two important ways: 1. Her vast experience coaching working professionals shines right through, allowing our initial discussions to move quickly towards ferreting out an approach that was unique to my situation and 2. She utilizes a comprehensive set of proprietary, foundational tools that allow for a strong tactical execution of a search plan. I strongly recommend giving her an opportunity to help you in your situation, whatever it is!"

Judy M., Director, Technical Operations

"Jaci is a warm and supportive coach who knows just when to push and when to hang back and give you a little space. Resume prep was superb: she cut out fat, made sure to delete overused catch-phrases, and included jargon appropriate to my technical field. I enjoyed superior interview preparation: from my succinct and upbeat departure statement for my last job to the types of behavioral questions I might be asked. I felt 100% confident and prepared, and sailed through three rounds of intensive phone interviews."
