Jacqueline Tusman, M.S. is an experienced
professional with a comprehensive background in career coaching,
leadership coaching, training, organization development, and
academic teaching. Jaci has served as a Coach, Manager, and
Senior Learning Consultant in organizational development and
training for Almac Clinical Services (an international
pharmaceutical company), Saint Gobain, (multi-national
corporation manufacturing construction and high-performance
materials), Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals, and the
University of Pennsylvania.
At the University of Pennsylvania, Jaci took a leading role in
working with all levels of staff in career coaching. In
addition, she was part of a design team responsible for
developing and implementing a comprehensive career-coaching
curriculum for Penn’s career coach training, and directed a
yearly one-day career workshop for Penn employees. In developing
her own career coaching business, Jaci has coached individuals
who want to change the course of their career and reach their
highest career potential.
Jaci is a graduate of the University of the Arts, has a Master’s
Degree in Training and Organization Development from St.
Joseph’s University, and holds both Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI®) and Life Orientations (LIFO®) certifications. She is
also a founding member of PACDA - The Pennsylvania Career
Development Association.
